Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 5 years retail experience
• 3 years retail experience or 5 years retail experience with leadership exposure
• Experience supervising or directing teams (with or without direct reports)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Oversee daily tasks, scheduling, and department coverage to meet store goals
• Assist with merchandising decisions, down stocking, and area recovery while ensuring safety
