The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work across departments while maintaining store safety and product knowledge. The position offers full-time hours with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 5 years of retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams (with/without direct report responsibility).
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience.
• Coach and train associates; delegate and follow up on daily tasks; manage performance.
• Oversee customer-facing activities and store safety; conduct safety walks and report hazards.
