Lowe's is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates, deliver top-tier customer service, and ensure a clean, safe store environment. You will coach, train, and delegate tasks, manage daily activities, and collaborate on merchandising decisions to meet sales and service goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and cross-department supervision, with occasional MOD duties and minimal travel for meetings or training. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• 1 year of experience supporting the unique needs of Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

• Delegate daily tasks, follow up on tasks, and monitor performance to ensure department coverage.
• Oversee safety in the store, conduct safety walks, report hazards and follow lifting directions.
• Assist with down stocking and area recovery and provide input into merchandising decisions.
• Communicate best practices to the team to inspire customer-focused behavior and goal attainment.
