Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provides customer service: greeting, fitting room policies, rings up customers, thanks and invites return.
• Follows safety procedures and keeps a professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists with merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Store Manager with Loss Prevention duties and incident reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
