Responsibilities

• Process freight.
• Assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance and operate register per company policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handle cash, checks, and cards correctly per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns and voids.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provide customer service such as greeting customers and guiding them through fitting rooms.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist store management with Loss Prevention procedures and report incidents of theft or dishonesty.
