Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent accepted.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.
• Heavy lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build a productive, enthusiastic team eager to engage with customers and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Exceed sales goals by coaching and recognizing performance.
• Review and utilize sales data to recognize colleagues and drive improvements.
• Manage selling support, including stockroom, signage, equipment, and merchandising.
• Support OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection operations.
• Conduct talent analysis and establish career progression plans for key positions.
• Fill open positions, prioritizing internal candidates in Customer Experience and Specialized Selling.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and discipline direct and indirect reports to meet performance expectations.
• Work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Foster an inclusive environment that strengthens relationships with colleagues and customers.
