The role manages selling support, stockroom, signage, and merchandising while driving sales goals and talent development across a dynamic retail floor with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of management experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Build a productive, enthusiastic team eager to engage with customers.
• Exceed sales goals by coaching and recognition to improve results.
• Review data to recognize colleagues and improve outcomes.
• Manage selling support including stockroom, signing, equipment, merchandising.
• Support OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection operations.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and develop reports; manage performance.
• Foster an inclusive environment and authentic connections with customers.
• Work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, holidays, weekends.
