Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.

• Ability to train, coach, and develop store colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build a productive, enthusiastic team and engage with customers.
• Exceed sales goals through coaching and recognition.
• Review sales data to recognize colleagues and drive improvement.
• Manage selling support including stockroom, signing, equipment, and merchandising.
• Support OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection functions.
• Conduct talent analysis and create progression plans for key roles.
• Fill open positions prioritizing internal candidates in Customer Experience and Specialized Selling.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, develop, coordinate, evaluate, and discipline reports.
