As part of a collaborative team, you will use CRM tools and POS systems to nurture relationships and achieve daily goals. The role requires 1-3 years of leadership in retail and 1+ year of sales experience with a proven track record.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership in retail to motivate a team and hit sales goals.
• 1+ year in retail sales with quotas or KPIs and a track record of success.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and help foster a high-energy store culture.
• Meet or exceed sales per hour targets and revenue goals.
• Train teammates on selling strategies and product knowledge.
• Use CRM and POS systems to manage customer relationships.
• Support store operations, floor sets, restocks, and substitutions.
• Be reliable and communicate scheduling needs proactively.
