Wayfair Specialty Retail Branded Stores in the Greater Boston area is seeking a sales associate focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving store sales. You will engage customers, close sales, and guide them through multiple purchasing options, including in-store, online, the Wayfair app, or quotes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience
• Passion for customer service and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with Google Suites and POS systems
• Strong sales, organization, communication and relationship skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, changing environment
• Team-oriented in a sales-focused setting

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and drive sales by asking questions to understand needs and style
• Close sales and educate customers on in-store and online purchasing options
• Assist walk-ins on sales floor and design studio as needed
• Be an expert on store and online services including credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery
• Participate in store operations such as receiving new products, floor sets, replenishment, and upkeep
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members
• Share innovative ideas to improve team operations
• Adapt to rapid changes in products, promotions, and operations
