Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate in Denver to help bring our brand to life through on-brand product storytelling. You will support seasonal floorsets, signage, and daily visual upkeep to ensure a polished in-store experience for guests.

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll be a hands-on contributor who collaborates with store leadership and cross-functional teams. This role requires attention to detail and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail visual merchandising or store presentation experience.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in a service role is preferred.
• Proficient with store technology and visual merchandising tools.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• You notice details others may miss and perform tasks with care and consistency.
• Demonstrates adaptability, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute Visual Standards by supporting floorsets and signage daily.
• Maintain presentation excellence with real-time display adjustments.
• Support merchandise flow by replenishing items and keeping spaces full.
• Use store tech and tools to complete daily tasks and reference plans.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and guide product stories.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to meet store needs.
• Receive feedback and implement visual direction with precision.
• Stay nimble in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Operate as One Team across sales and back-of-house functions.
