Job summary

Wayfair is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist in Dedham to deliver friendly, customer-focused service and drive store performance. You will support the Sales Partners, handle keyholder duties, and help maintain a strong in-store presence across shifts.

You will train teammates on product knowledge, selling skills and store operations while contributing to daily KPI targets and a high-energy work environment. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience leading a team to achieve sales targets.
• Enthusiasm for excellent customer service and a drive to exceed sales goals.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to handle customer escalations professionally and help teammates grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide a credible, friendly customer experience reflecting Wayfair's commitment to customer care.
• Coach and support the Sales Partners, assisting their assigned tasks as directed by the Store Manager.
• Assist opening and/or closing the store depending on shift with keyholder responsibilities.
• Support partners in delivering great customer service and maintaining a strong store presence.
• Lead and train partners on product knowledge, selling skills, customer care, operations, visuals, and other role aspects.
• Collaborate with the Store Leader to give constructive feedback that helps partners grow and adjust.
• Focus on driving individual and team sales and service KPIs, and support store goals.
• Utilize POS and CRM tools to ensure consistent customer experiences and accurate records.
• Assist with stock levels, displays, signage, and color consistency to keep the floor well supplied.
• Maintain store visuals per space guidelines and participate in floor moves.
