New Balance in Philadelphia is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure our stores run smoothly and deliver exemplary customer service. You will use expert product knowledge and the GUEST service model to guide customers through every step of the transaction and represent the brand with pride.

Responsibilities include fitting customers with the right NB products, informing them about promotions, and keeping the floor neat, stocked, and properly labeled.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Protect products by monitoring floor merchandise and reporting issues.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
