New Balance in Philadelphia Premium, PA is seeking part-time Retail Sale Associates to help run stores smoothly and deliver exemplary customer service. You will educate customers on product features, assist with fittings, and represent the brand with a positive attitude.

You should be comfortable handling cash, working as part of a team, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor while engaging customers with knowledge of promotions and product benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and current offers.
• Keep the retail floor neat, organized and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and priced.
• Protect products by monitoring security tags and reporting shrinkage and safety issues.
