Job summary

Michaels, a leading North American arts and crafts retailer, is seeking a team member to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. The role supports omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship From Store while maintaining stock and appealing merchandising across the store.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be at least sixteen years old.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain stock in accordance with SOPs.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to company policies.
