Job summary

You will engage customers in Michaels Rewards and card enrollments and support omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. The role involves unloading trucks, stocking, following planograms, and maintaining stock and displays.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move about the store.
• Strong cash handling and POS experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store; complete returns/go-backs.
