Job summary

Michaels stores in the United States are seeking a team member to assist customers with framing solutions, complete framing orders, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment. You will help shoppers find what they need and provide friendly service throughout your shift.

The role includes operating a cash register, supporting omni-channel processes, and participating in stocking and safety programs. Prior retail experience is preferred although not required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by helping customers shop and find framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain frame shop area and stocked, merchandised shelves.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store duties.
