New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure stores operate smoothly and deliver exemplary customer service. You will use expert product knowledge to assist customers throughout the transaction, greet shoppers, understand needs, educate on features, and close sales with suggestive selling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat, stocked and labeled.
• Protect products by monitoring security and following safety procedures.
