You will use expert product knowledge to assist customers throughout the transaction, greet shoppers, understand needs, educate on features, and close sales with suggestive selling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat, stocked and labeled.
• Protect products by monitoring security and following safety procedures.
• Process transactions and close sales using effective selling techniques.
