New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure smooth store operation and exceptional customer service. You will use expert product knowledge, greet customers, educate them on features, and close sales through effective selling techniques.

Roles involve staying on the sales floor, maintaining stock, and communicating current promotions. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is expected at Highland Village, TX locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to: lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift max 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods; climb ladders and stairs.
