Job summary

Elements Massage Round Rock is seeking a Wellness Membership Advisor to welcome clients, guide consultative membership conversations, and drive membership and product sales in a friendly, high-energy studio in Round Rock, TX.

You'll earn competitive hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses, with paid training and opportunities for advancement in a locally owned business. No massage industry experience? Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to strengthen relationships and increase retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.

No massage industry experience? That's okay! We'll provide the training and tools you need to become an expert in our services and membership program.

Schedule
