Job summary

Elements Massage Round Rock is seeking a Wellness Membership Advisor to welcome clients, guide them through consultative membership conversations, and drive memberships and service sales.

You will build lasting relationships, schedule appointments, and contribute to a positive, high-performing studio culture with uncapped earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

• Retail sales
• Customer service
• Hospitality
• Spa, salon, fitness, or wellness
• Front desk or client services
• Call center or consultative sales

No massage industry experience? That's okay! We'll provide the training and tools you need to become an expert in our services and membership program.

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part- Time
• Evening and weekend availability required
