Job summary

Elements Massage Flower Mound is hiring Wellness Membership Advisors to be the face of our studio, helping clients prioritize health through therapeutic massage while building lasting relationships.

You will drive membership sales, deliver consultative service, schedule appointments, and support a collaborative, high-energy team. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
• Comfort with commission-based pay and bonuses.

• Front desk or client services
• Call center or consultative sales

No massage industry experience? That's okay! We'll provide the training and tools you need to become an expert in our services and membership program.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Evening and weekend availability required
