Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking a friendly, sales-driven team member to lead retail sales and deliver outstanding customer service in a wellness-focused studio. You’ll guide clients through the Elements Wellness Program, enroll members, and build lasting relationships with clients.

As a natural communicator with a goal-oriented mindset, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle inquiries about services and pricing, and help clients feel their best through personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Duties

• Create an exceptional customer experience for every client, every time they walk through our doors
• Educate clients on the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, our simple, hassle-free membership
• Confidently follow our proven sales process to enroll clients in the Elements Wellness Program
• Serve as both the first and last impression of the studio, delivering warm, professional hospitality in person and over the phone
• Ensure all appointment paperwork and payment processing is accurate, efficient, and seamless
• Collaborate with Managers and Service Providers to maintain a supportive, team-driven environment where the client experience is always the top priority

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Comfortable discussing services, pricing, and memberships with confidence
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills and comfort using booking or POS systems
• Passion for wellness and helping others feel their best
