Elements Massage Flower Mound is seeking a Wellness Membership Advisor to connect with clients, learn wellness goals, and guide them through membership options and product recommendations in a friendly, consultative manner.

We offer commission-based rewards, periodic bonuses, and a supportive, wellness-focused team culture in a locally owned studio. No prior massage experience is required—we provide training and ongoing coaching for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership or retail sales is a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Hospitality, spa, or wellness background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Build lasting relationships by learning each client's wellness goals.
• Guide clients through a consultative, relationship-focused membership conversation.
• Recommend memberships, service enhancements, and retail products that support each client's wellness journey.
• Meet and exceed membership and sales goals.
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications by phone, text, and in person.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to strengthen relationships and increase retention.
• Resolve client questions with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.

No massage industry experience? That's okay! We'll provide the training and tools you need to become an expert in our services and membership program.

Schedule
