New Balance Athletics, Inc. is hiring Retail Sale Associates in the United States to ensure our stores operate smoothly and deliver exemplary customer service.

You will apply expert product knowledge and the GUEST service model to assist customers through every step of the transaction. You will measure and fit customers with NB products, inform them about promotions, keep the floor neat and well stocked, and help protect merchandise while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person with strong customer service skills.
• Past retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to operate a cash register and perform basic math.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits with the GUEST service model.
• Greet customers, understand needs, and assist through the sale process.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Inform customers about current promotions and price markings.
• Protect products, follow security and safety procedures, and report issues.
