Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Solve customer problems and answer questions.
• Transact sales with suggestive selling and closing.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and priced properly; monitor for shrinkage and security.
