Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to perform basic math quickly.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Understand customer needs and educate on product features and benefits.
• Close sales through suggestive selling and effective upselling.
• Measure and fit customers with appropriate NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and store policies.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and priced correctly.
• Protect products and report shrinkage or security issues.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents promptly.
