With expert product knowledge, you will guide customers through the full shopping experience and accurately process transactions. You will greet customers, assess their needs, educate them on features and benefits, and help them find the right NB products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a team.
• Familiarity with cash registers.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Process transactions and close sales.
• Fit customers with appropriate NB products.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and stocked.
