Job summary

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to deal with customers and coworkers.
• Basic communication, organization, and math skills.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Basic visual merchandising and Store Presentation Standards understanding.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience by adhering to service standards and assisting customers.
• Lead by example in accuracy and completeness of work and promote store initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of current sales promotions and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure stock is well arranged and merchandise is properly merchandised.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills; participate in inventories and shipping/receiving as needed.
• Process sales through the POS following policy; ensure shoes are paired at checkout.
