Qualifications

• Basic communication, reading, and math abilities for everyday store tasks.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.
• Familiarity with store policies and procedures.
• Visual merchandising basics and adherence to store presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience by adhering to service standards and assisting customers.
• Keep aware of current sales promotions and store initiatives.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and proper stock arrangement.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills to assist customers.
• Participate in inventories, shipping/receiving, and merchandising on the floor.
• Process sales and POS transactions accurately and ensure mates are checked.
