Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers through awareness and company service standards.
• Meet sales goals and assist store management to achieve targets.
• Promote and explain the rewards program and other business initiatives.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is well arranged.
• Process all sales and POS transactions accurately and securely.
• Assist in inventory, receiving merchandise, and merchandising placement on the floor.
• Perform cashier duties in accordance with policy, and verify shoes for mates.
