Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers and staff at all levels.
• Basic communication, organization and math skills are required.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
• Basic knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Basic visual merchandising skills and an understanding of Store Presentation Standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers following service standards.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and stock presentation.
• Ensure merchandise is well arranged and store areas are clean and organized.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills for customers.
• Assist in loss prevention awareness and shopping assistance as needed.
• Handle cashier duties in accordance with store policy and procedures.
