Job summary

New Balance Lancaster is seeking Retail Sale Associates to provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and support a smooth store operation. You will greet customers, help them find the right NB products, and process transactions with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are people-oriented with strong communication skills, able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• People person with strong customer service.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, educate on product features.
• Assist transactions using suggestive selling and closing techniques.
• Fit customers with New Balance products and explain benefits.
• Inform customers about current promotions and availability.
• Keep the sales floor neat, labeled, and stocked; monitor security.
