Job summary

New Balance in Pocono, PA is seeking Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service with expert product knowledge, guiding customers through every step of the transaction while embodying the NB brand. You’ll use the GUEST service model to greet, understand needs, educate on features, solve issues, and transact sales.

Role requires 18+; weekend availability; strong communication; cash handling; teamwork; and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person with strong customer service and verbal skills.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiar with cash register functions and basic math.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using the GUEST service model: Greet, Understand, Educate, Solve, Transact.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and stocked.
• Label items, monitor security, and follow safety procedures.
