Responsibilities

• Process freight.
• Assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to policy.
• Bag merchandise and complete customer transactions.
• Handle cash, checks and cards securely.
• Obtain management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Provide friendly customer service and greeting.
• Follow safety procedures and wear name tag.
• Assist in stocking and merchandising sales floor.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Support loss prevention and report incidents.
