Job summary

New Balance is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exemplary customer service with expert product knowledge. You will educate customers, demonstrate features, and guide them through the purchase process while upholding the New Balance brand values.

You will also help keep the floor well organized, stock levels accurate, and price tags current, while adhering to safety procedures and providing a positive shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs using the GUEST service model.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Close the sale through effective suggestive selling and closing.
• Keep floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure proper labeling and pricing.
• Protect products by monitoring stock and reporting shrinkage and security issues.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
