Responsibilities

• Processes freight and merchandise as needed.
• Assists with price changes and markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy and handles transactions.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safe operation procedures.
• Provides customer service, greets customers, and helps with fittings and checkout.
