Rust-Oleum US Sales in Springdale, AR is seeking a Sales Analyst for Walmart to support analytics, reporting and revenue growth across key product categories.

You will analyze POS, inventory, financials, and market data to identify trends and opportunities, maintain weekly to annual reports and scorecards, and work with replenishment and merchant teams. Strong Excel and retailer experience are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant business experience in Sales, Supply Chain, Replenishment, Demand Planning, Customer Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Experience supporting a major retailer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales analytics and business insights for Walmart, driving revenue growth initiatives.
• Analyze POS, inventory, financials and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain weekly, monthly and annual reporting including scorecards and OTIF/SQEP metrics.
• Collaborate with Walmart Replenishment, Merchants and National Accounts teams.
• Manage New Item Creation (Item 360) and WERCs compliance needs.
