Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting Walmart and/or Sam’s Club.
• Hands-on experience with Retail Link administration.
• Experience with shared report creation across multiple categories.
• Experience with item setup and data governance.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency and analytic reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reporting for Sam’s Club and Walmart.
• Manage DSV order performance and defect reporting.
• Execute item setup and ongoing item maintenance across retailer systems.
• Create and maintain GTINs per retailer data governance.
• Set up dotcom content and product images for accuracy.
• Serve as Retail Link administrator and support access/reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to support growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional data flow and operational execution.
