Job summary

Utz seeks a Sales Analyst in Bentonville, AR to provide analytical support and reporting for Walmart Inc. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to deliver insights that guide business decisions and optimize omni-channel performance.

Responsibilities include data-driven category trends, item maintenance, and actionable recommendations to strengthen pricing, placement, and promotions across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CPG, Sales Analytics, or Category Management.
• Experience with syndicated data tools (Supplier One, Scintilla, Circana).
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide category and consumer trend data to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales on presentations, line reviews, and QBRs.
• Manage item setup and track new item introductions for line reviews.
• Develop actionable insights from research tools and historical data.
• Maintain and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Track omni-channel performance across online and store platforms.
• Forecast with Walmart team and monitor shipments to maintain inventory.
• Analyze e-commerce and brick-and-mortar sales data to identify trends.
• Recommend optimizations for product placement, promotions, and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging and branding.
• Conduct market visits and retail audits to support planning and growth.
