Rust-Oleum US Sales in Springdale, AR seeks a Sales Analyst to support Walmart analytics, drive revenue growth, and deliver data-driven recommendations across key product categories.

You will maintain weekly, monthly and annual sales reporting, analyze POS, inventory and market data, and collaborate with Walmart teams to optimize assortment and performance. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant business experience in Sales, Supply Chain, Replenishment, Demand Planning, Customer Analytics or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience supporting a major retailer preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support sales analytics and business insights for Walmart, driving strategic decision-making and revenue growth initiatives.
• Analyze POS, inventory, financials, customer/market data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities across key product categories.
• Maintain weekly, monthly and annual reporting to include sales performance, scorecards, instocks, OTIF/SQEP metrics and ad hoc support for the Walmart Sales Team.
• Work with Walmart Replenishment teams to monitor routing, warehouse inventory, daily orders and supply plan variances.
• Evaluate item productivity, distribution, assortment performance, and sales velocity to optimize category performance and customer outcomes.
• Provide reporting, business reviews and actionable recommendations to Walmart Merchant Teams and National Account Executives.
• Manage New Item Creation (Item 360) and required WERCs compliance needs.
• Utilize customer systems to generate improved supplier performance and replenishment insights.
• Identify opportunities leveraging internal and external data to drive business solutions and supply chain improvements.
• Collaborate with our E-Commerce team to support total OMNI distribution.
