Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverage is seeking a Sales Analytics Analyst based in Rogers, AR to support Walmart & Sam’s Club. You will lead data-driven insights, build 4P reporting, and collaborate with account teams to grow Nestlé’s brands. Strong Excel and analytics skills are required, with experience in syndicated data and reporting tools.

The role emphasizes actionable insights, category expertise, and effective storytelling to influence sales strategy and market share.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of experience in retail sales or related analytics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Intermediate/advanced Excel (XLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.).
Strong analytical, critical thinking and time-management abilities.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex info clearly.
Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs and drive growth.
Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and other data resources.
Exhibit category expertise and maintain understanding of the broader landscape.
Utilize data visualization and storytelling to build compelling sales presentations.
Build & maintain 4P reporting & tools essential to Nestlé’s customer teams.
Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various sources including syndicated data and retailer platforms.
