Job summary

Nestlé S.A. seeks a Sales Analytics Analyst for the Walmart & Sam's Club team, based in Rogers, AR. The analyst will support the NWPB division with data, insights, and reporting to drive category growth and sales objectives.

Collaboration with Customer Account Managers is key to delivering actionable insights and effective 4P tooling. The role requires 18 months retail analytics experience, strong Excel and data visualization skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in retail sales analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Excel advanced: XLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and time management.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to present complex data.
• Solid understanding of 4P fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights to support business decisions and category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and POS data.
• Demonstrate category expertise and market landscape understanding.
• Utilize data visualization and storytelling to support sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools for account teams.
• Pull data for ad hoc analysis from multiple sources.
