Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Coffee & Beverage Sales Analyst to join the Walmart & Sam’s Club account team. You will collaborate with Customer Account Managers to drive category growth and meet sales objectives through insightful analytics.

You will leverage syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen) and internal sources to generate recommendations, build 4P reporting, and create compelling data-driven presentations for internal and client audiences.

Qualifications

• 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales analytics environment focusing on sales reporting and analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights to support current business needs and inform strategic decisions.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen) and other data sources.
• Maintain category expertise and understanding of the broader business landscape.
• Use data visualization and storytelling to support sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools essential to Nestlé’s customer account teams.
• Pull data for ad hoc analyses from various sources.
