Job summary

Nestlé USA in Rogers, AR, seeks a Sales Analyst for Walmart & Sam's Club to turn data into action, supporting category growth and retailer partnerships. You will own reporting, dashboards, and insights across the Walmart & Sam's Club team, helping the sales organization win share.

The role requires 18+ months in retail analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to present complex data clearly to cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rogers, AR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Intermediate/advanced skill in Excel (Xlookups, pivots, etc.).
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs and drive profitable brand and category performance.
Provide analytical recommendations and identify opportunities via syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen) and other data sources.
Exhibit category expertise by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the category and broader business landscape.
Utilize data visualization and storytelling to help build sales presentations.
Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools essential to Nestlé's customer account teams.
Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various sources including syndicated data and retailer platforms.
