Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverage (NWPB) in Rogers, AR seeks a Sales Analytics Analyst to support Walmart & Sam’s Club. You will translate syndicated data and POS into actionable insights for the account team, helping drive category growth and market share for Nestlé’s brands.

The role emphasizes data visualization, storytelling, and 4P reporting. You’ll pull data for ad hoc analysis, build tools, and partner with Customer Account Managers to inform strategic decisions and improve sales

Qualifications

• 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Intermediate/advanced skill in Excel (XLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.

Job Title: Sales Analytics Analyst-NWPB

Position Overview:

This position supports the Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverage (NWPB) division as a Sales Analytics Analyst. The insights, data, and analytical expertise that our analysts provide shape our strategic business decisions and equip our sales team to meet our consumer needs and drive category growth. You’ll be an integral member of the account team, collaborating with Customer Account Manager(s) to meet our collective sales objectives and drive market share for NWPB’s brands.

This role will support the Walmart & Sam’s Club team and be based in Rogers, AR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support the current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance.

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics.

• Intermediate/advanced skill in Excel (Xlookups, pivots, etc.)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical Experience: Understanding data, building reports, and conducting analysis
• Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana, Nielsen) and data visualization techniques.
• Background in CPG or retail, with experience working in large format grocery & mass channels.
• Track record of successfully achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) objectives in previous roles.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and identify opportunities that extend beyond the defined role.

Salary:$76,046.85 to$104,975.20 per year

Bonus Eligibility: 10%

Thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
