Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Account Executive for Retail located in Texas, Virtual. This role drives revenue by selling integrated SaaS, hardware, and services to retail customers and distribution partners. You will align NCR’s solution portfolio with client business goals and manage the full sales lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise or strategic sales, SaaS experience in retail tech, and a proven track record of meeting targets. Travel within the Western U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise/strategic sales experience.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions in retail tech (POS systems).
• Strong retail industry background with multi-location customers.
• Experience with convenience stores, fuel, or oils preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong consultative selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets through solution expansion and account growth.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives and NCR’s portfolio.
• Establish and enhance distribution partners in the convenience and fuel marketplace.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning NCR as a strategic partner.
• Build relationships across IT, operations, marketing, and vendor management.
• Manage full sales lifecycle: pipeline, forecasting, contracts, deployment.
• Travel frequently primarily within the Western U.S. for meetings and engagements.
