Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Account Director for Retail in the US North East region. You will drive profitable sales of NCR Voyix’s Retail portfolio, including hardware, software, services, and managed solutions, while maintaining excellent customer service across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven sales experience.
• Experience in the Retail industry.
• Experience in selling infrastructure & software applications is highly advantageous.
• Proven sales success in attaining quota objectives.
• Proven success in managing account relationships.
• Ability to develop senior level business relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated performance and ability to sell value through a Consultative Selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand the retail industry and articulate the business value of NCR Voyix’s Retail solutions to customers.
• Capture and update opportunities for the sales funnel from pipeline to closure.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and profitability.
• Match customer objectives with NCR self-service solutions and build a business case.
• Develop strategic account and opportunity plans and present professional materials.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure requirements are met to drive growth.
• Coordinate with sales support, factory, product management and other teams.
• Manage any prospective opportunities within the assigned accounts and schedule regular meetings to review performance and issues.
• Keep the pipeline filled with qualified opportunities and run campaigns to drive quarter-on-quarter growth.
