Job summary

Michaels in Worcester, MA is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and handle fast, friendly checkout operations. You will support store merchandising, stock replenishment, and omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, enrolling them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and maintaining store standards while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for long periods.
• Familiar with store policies and customer engagement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and in-store pickup.
• Support unload, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery actions.
• Maintain store recovery standards and comply with SOPs and company policies.
