Michaels in Westwood, MA is seeking a friendly team member to help customers, ensure quick checkouts, and maintain a well-stocked store. You will engage shoppers with our rewards programs and support online and in-store orders.

The role involves truck unloading, stock rotation, and adherence to SOPs to uphold Michaels’ brand promises. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions (customer-first approach).
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey and feedback.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery duties.
• Support shrink control and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
